About Us

Welcome to ASANA. We are Howard Cain and Kathy Bradley, the husband and wife partnership of ASANA Property Investments.

The word ASANA is drawn from yoga and is concerned with how we place and position ourselves. We feel it respects our approach to working with others and our mindful approach to living and well-being.

Kathy is a CIPD qualified training professional and BSY qualified yoga teacher and therapist. She has a strong sales and financial background and is the former proprietor of Rivington Consultancy working with local businesses on a range of different projects including training and development.

Howard is a highly qualified training professional with 35 years' experience in the financial sector and has sat on a number of advisory bodies for the CFA UK Society, Chartered Insurance Institute and Investment Association. He is a member of the Chartered Management Institute.

Our Values

The ASANA Partnership is centred on our shared values which we have sought to respect in each of our core businesses.

Personal responsibility

We believe that we must each take personal responsibility for our actions, our environment, our health and our lives.

We believe that we should be mindful in our actions and behaviours and recognise how they affect the people and places around us and our own wellbeing.

We believe that we should support others where we can and that the support we give ultimately brings its own rewards, emotionally, spiritually and financially.

Helping our customers

Since 2002 we have built a portfolio of investment properties across Wigan, Bolton and Warrington providing comfortable homes for our customers, our tenants.

We believe that our business is about people and property and that everyone should benefit from being connected with us.

Helping people and business

At ASANA we are passionate about helping people explore their full potential in life, in work and in business.

We are the people behind the ASANA North West Property Meet bringing personal and business development together within a local property investment community.

As part of our fresh approach to property investments ASANA also host Discovery Days to help people who want to find out more about investing in Wigan and Bolton.

Helping our community

Both of us are engaged in our local Wigan community through a range of voluntary activities and acted as trustees for the Bolton Hyde Lea charity, which provided residential care for people with disability.

As part of our ongoing commitment, ASANA Property Investments donate 50% of profits from the Asana Property Meet to support The Brick project as it works to help homeless people across Wigan.
