Great night at the February Asana North West Property Meet
At last Monday's Asana meet we opened our doors to over 50 investors and service providers. It was great to see so many new faces and catch up with friends and colleagues too.
Lee Pemberton was on sparkling form racing through a detailed and interesting presentation of keey issues for anyone thinking about Serviced Accommodation. No hype or upsell - just the plain an simple truth.
You can find a copy of Lee's presentation by going to, or joining, the Asana group on Facebook - you'll find us at AsanaWBPG.
You'll also find a copy of Paul Bolton's HMO Update. Paul works for Wigan Council as their 'HMO Officer' but also deals with a wide range of other environmental issues. Paul spoke to us about the minimum requirements for HMOs and about some of the upcoming legislative changes.
And on Monday we celebrated the 2nd anniversary of the Asana Property Meet with a delicious cake from MyCakeLove of Irlam and a presentation to our charity partners The Brick of a cheque for £1300. Thanks to the support of our attendees we have been able to donate more than £3500 over the last two years.
More news on next month's meeting is coming soon but we are pleased to have one of the most colourful characters in the North West property scene joining us, Shimon Rudich. You really won't want to miss that!!
